57zk Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 57zk website at 57zk.app, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 57zk platform.

These terms apply to all users of the 57zk platform regardless of how they access it — through a web browser, the mobile app or any other interface we may make available. They cover all products on the platform including casino games, slots, bingo, live casino and the sports betting section.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Any such transactions identified will result in the funds being reversed and the account investigated.

Deposits made to your 57zk account are for gaming purposes only. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to use them for betting or gaming — for example to exploit payment processing systems — is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Bonuses and Promotions

57zk offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms including the offer period, eligible games, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement and expiry conditions. These specific terms are always displayed alongside the bonus offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions for the purposes of that bonus.

Bonuses are intended for genuine personal recreational use only. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting bonus offers in combination with low-risk betting strategies designed to harvest bonus value rather than for genuine entertainment purposes, or any other form of bonus abuse, is prohibited. 57zk reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses have expiry periods — unused bonus value after the expiry date will be removed from your account.
• 57zk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 57zk are subject to the specific settlement rules for each sport and market type. These rules are accessible in the sports section of the platform and cover all standard scenarios including match abandonment, postponement, player withdrawal and rule changes.

In-play bets placed after an event has concluded — due to a delay in odds feed updating — will be voided. 57zk takes no responsibility for connectivity issues on the player's side that may result in a bet being placed at stale odds. It is the player's responsibility to ensure their connection is stable when placing in-play bets.

For cricket matches — including PSL fixtures and Pakistan international matches — the following general rules apply: if a match is abandoned before a valid result is possible, bets are voided and stakes returned. Matches decided by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method are treated as having a valid result. Specific market rules may vary and are always stated in the market description.

• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed on the bet slip.
• 57zk reserves the right to limit stakes on any market at any time.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win. If one leg is voided, the odds for that leg are set to 1.0 and the accumulator continues.
• Obvious pricing errors on odds will be corrected and bets placed at those odds will be voided.

Casino, Slots and Bingo Rules

All casino games, slot games and bingo rooms on 57zk use certified random number generation or live-dealer results to determine outcomes. 57zk does not manipulate game results. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each slot and RNG casino game is available in the game information panel before you play.

Malfunctions in a game — whether caused by a software error, connectivity issue or any other technical problem — void all affected bets. If a game session is interrupted before a result is produced, the stake will be returned to your account. If the interruption occurs after a result has been produced, that result stands.

Bingo jackpots are shared among all qualifying players if more than one player achieves the winning pattern at the same time. Progressive jackpot slots pay out the displayed jackpot amount at the time of the triggering spin. 57zk cannot guarantee jackpot amounts will remain at any particular level between the time you see the display and the time your spin completes.

Responsible Gaming

57zk takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools that allow you to control your gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time without requiring approval from support.

If you set a deposit limit, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period — this is to ensure the tool provides genuine protection. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a delay to give you time to reconsider.

Account Suspension and Closure

57zk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: fraudulent activity, identity fraud, use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting tools or any other breach of these terms.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 57zk will freeze the balance in the account. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be restored and the balance released. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed. Funds remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be handled according to the nature of the breach — in cases of fraud or money laundering, funds may be forfeited.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account without an outstanding balance, the closure is immediate. If there is a remaining balance, standard withdrawal processes apply before the account is closed.

Privacy and Data

57zk collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identities and comply with anti-fraud requirements. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. 57zk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors is limited to what is necessary to complete the transaction.

Changes to These Terms

57zk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes that affect your rights as a player, 57zk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance — for example through an in-platform notification or by email to the address registered on your account.
